where to inject hho?

I have a 1998 GMC 6.5L diesel with a turbo. Where should I inject the hho gas into the engine? After the air cleaner but before the turbo? Or after the turbo? I think i read somewhere about hho can damage the turbo or is only if you have an intercooler?

It has to go in before the turbo due to the boost pressure of the turbo. I myself haven't heard or read anything about any damage by the hho. The only damage I could imagine would come from residual naoh or kaoh in the hho. I use vinegar in my bubble to help limit this.
