Those of you using an O2 extender may want to remove it. What I have seen is that in my Corolla's O2 sensor will go into closed loop rather quickly. When I tried an extender I had to drive miles before it went into closed loop and somethimes switched back and forth quite awhile before finally settling down into closed. Also evertime I shut the car down a short period of time she'd be back to open loop again for quite awhile bfore closing up again. Those of you new to this open means wasting gas as the cars ECU is setting the mixture to RICH, it will only go LEAN when she's in closed circuit. Now maybe with you guys with heated O2sensors it wouldn't matter that much but it does in my 2 wire O2 sensor. It's out now and is not going back!!!!!
