What is nice about this setup is; it's very low cost and you can have some fun with the inner bottle after it has been filled with HHO gas.
There is a video clip on the web of this.
When the bottle is full of HHO, plug the opening, take the bottle outdoors, set the bottle on an incline(the lancher), unplug the opening and put a flame up against the opening. POOF! the bottle turns into a rocket. Just be careful what you point it at and do not burn your hand. I would use a long match or a long lighter(like what is used to light fireplaces).
