I would like for this thread to be limited to comments/instruction from people who are getting consistant 1 liter(+)per minute output in a test automobile.

What I would like to see.

1. Anode/Cathode configuration
2. Anode/Cathode material choice, plate sizes
3. Container choice/Material
4. Electrolyte Choice
5. Ratio of Electrolyte to Distilled Water
6. Gauge of wire used for Positive/Ground
7. Distance between plates
8. Wiring diagrams
9. Photos/Youtube Videos

Having this information on one thread will surely help the rest of us avoid some pitfalls and help us save some time and money..

I have also done this production with 5 SS camping cups but its not sustainable. Themal runaway ensues very quickly!

There is some other substance with electrolytic properties in the mix there somewhere most likely. This system runs stably somewhere between 28 -32 amps. It gets pretty warm but the temperature stabilizes as well.

I have just put together a new reactor with 13 plates instead of 19.I plan to post new videos as soon as I get back home and settled in.( in the next week or two) I will also post a parts list with part numbers and prices. I have purchased most of my parts at Lowes and Ace hardware so they are available pretty much everywhere. I am answering question the best I can as I can get to them. I am on the road now spending time with my mom who is terminally Ill and getting to the point where traveling is more pain then pleasure so I will be heading home next week. So forgive me if I haven't gotten a chance to reply to some questions yet. Also I am not an engineer or any kind of scientist, just a regular dude in need of something to occupy my mind. just to clear the air a little my youtube user name is ultio1.

I will try to make better videos but I am learning about filming and editing as I go so bear with me. I am also open to suggestions and willing to experiment. So if you have ideas hit me up. I will be taking one more long trip sometime in the near future when my mom dies but I will return and continue as soon as I can. Also I am NOT doing this alone I have a good friend who happens to be a mechanic who is doing as much of the work as I am.
