Hi
i want to know how we can make the hydrogen reservoir safe , not to get flamed whn it is installed in the engine , may b it can catch fire from the engine or the heat of the engine. please shed some light over it.
thanks

The heat of the engine alone will not ignite the HHO gas from the generator. But it is very easily ignited by a spark or open flame. So, it is very important that no HHO gas escapes from the generator to the engine compartment. If you use a bubbler to protect from backfire and have good seals on all your componets there should be little chance of a fire/explosion. If you apply a gentle vacuum to the system any imperfections in the seals will only draw air into the system and not allow HHO to excape.
