I am running a 32 plate 6" dry cell pulling raw 30 amps +/- 5 and temp after 2 hours is around 165 +/-10.
Would a PWM increase gas if increased concentration of electrolyte w/o an increase in power drain?
Temp and power are not an issue.

You may well be running in to risk of both damaging you cell as well as you engine.

how about arrange neutral plates so they can handle 110 ac between poles and run ac from the alternator before the rectifier if that can be done without rendering the 12v system useless, run a regular dial ac fan switch to control heat and amps and get around pwms all together? anyone have any thoughts on this? anyone tried ac on a dry cell?thanks

You can do AC just fine, but your power dissipation-to-gas production ratio will be crap. In other words, you will have alot of heat, and less HHO. I can explain if you want, but that's how it will be.(using a sine wave, that is).

yes it will increase your gas production slightly.. current continues to flow during the off cycle of the pulse width modulator. so youll get slightly more gas.. one thing youll notice with the PWm gas is that there is more monoatomic hydrogen present.. it actually burns faster ..
you can feel it clear as day when shootting stuff from our HHo cannon. PWM generated HHO will kick more and has a sharper crack.
