How does HHO interact with temp and pressure?

I'm trying to learn more about HHO and how it interacts with our internal combustion engines.

What is the temperature and pressure threshold of HHO?

What percentage of HHO per engine liter displacement is ideal?

Is HHO safe in turbo charged engines?

I'm not sure about the temp. and press. threshold that would be better left to someone with more lab experience....as far as percentage per liter. It seems to be around one half liter per min. per liter of displacement to see decent MPG gains....as far as turbo goes I only have experience with one turbo diesel engine and it works perfectly fine.

I am also trying to answer one question which puzzles me. How much liquid Petrol is equivalent to 1ltr of HHO? Anybody got these figures? Pretty please! :o:o:o
