Hi,
Time to share idea that cam be use for HHO production.
I found out that:
- HHO production is increasing under low pressure (vaccum)
- Electrode in movement produce more (no bubble stocking on the surface)
I tried to do an archimede (SS316L) screw as + in a SS316L tube, as a wet cell.
I didn't finish it, got no time.
- steam take a look at:

http://geetpantone.blogspot.com/2007/03/pantone-engine-in-system-g-with-bullor.html

Keep in mind that in an gas engine we got "free" 4 parameters:
-temperature (exaust)
-movement
-lost amp from the alternator
-pressure (hight at exaust , vaccum at intake manihold)

I'm thinking to use movement, vaccum and to mix it with Pantone engine.
Any other idea to share?
My best.

About vaccum:
I get prove, I went to the phisycal institute here to check it.
on a simple SS316L wet cell.
the difference was from 22 to 41% depending of the vacum pressure.
Problem was temperature: lower the pressure is , lower is the steam dead line.
At -4 atm we reach steam at 51"C.
But this is not a big problem, we can find a way to cool the water. (SS radiator)

Why do you think HHO production increases at low pressure???

How do you know that the steam you are creating isn't skewing your numbers?

How did you measure the Gases? what type of instrument was used? And was it corrected for the low pressure and gas expansion, and temperature corrections (Gas laws)

how we mesure:
I made test at the politechnik institute where one of my friend is professor.
We made a wet cell, 7 plates 316L, +n-n-n+ 12 volt, Amp. up to 30, (current flow wasn't the taget of the experiment)

Sollution: pure water, 20% KOH.

Those parameters were stable.
We use to mesure difference of pressure/time.
In the cell, pressure gauge, one way valve, pump, condensator (water stream), glass vessel with another pressure gauge.
We made several tries for each presure step and we took the average.
We found out that whem the steam is forming the presure get a lot longer time to raise.
The pump as to keek stable vaccum in the cell, we were mesuring how fast the pressure is increasing in the reception glass vessel.

This is a cheap and fast test, that can be done several time with exactly the same environment and condition.

all vessels were silicon sealed to 5 atm. No leak.
the parameter were volume/time, not gas quality, but in a seal condition the sollution can only make: H O and H2O, eventually KOH residues.(not detected in the water from stream.)

sorry, important: temperature was under control (gas dilatation)

Stephane,
Any updates to your idea?
