Thought I'd start this thread for electronic and electrical Q & A's.

So here's the first question.

I am looking for a schematic for a current limiter circuit that can handle 18 - 20 amps.

I don't want my generator pulling more that 20 amps.

I cannot vouch for it, but here it is.

Tks Dennis, I've seen this and it's a PWM. Now the I think about it maybe I could use some of it's ideas.

Hello, I am new here but I have been studying HHO for awhile collecting ideas and from what i see to be worth while. That is a PWM and it is the Dave Lawton design. I have built one myself from that exact design. I tested it but my Mosfet overheated due to a poor heatsink. It does work. A PWM will reduce heat and amp draw. But they make for your cell design to be much more stringent. The key is obviously in cell design. I am in the process of starting construction of a cell. I am enjoying reading the posts here and find it quite good how this community shares it ideas. I will be giving results when I get them and be happy to discuss them.

Has anyone tried this PWM?
