Coolant Sensor Modification

I added two1K ohm resistors in parallel and in series with a White-Rodgers 3F05-2 and in parallel with coolant temperature sensors connected to terminal 1 and 2. The White-Rodgers device is tie-wrapped to the upper radiator hose. The sensor is set at 140 degrees.

This fixed the issue of cold weather starting.

I am using two1K ohm resistors in parallel which retarded the timing by 10 to 12 degrees and lower fuel usage when the motor reaches temperature.

This lowered the sensor voltage to 1.30 volts from 2.50 volts which mad the ECU think that the coolant temperature was 270 degrees from 195 degrees, this makes the ECU send less fuel to the injectors and retards the engine timing to allow the HHO and gasoline mixture burn completely.

I thought if you ECM sees your engine over heating it dumps more gas in to help cooling. I dont know this for sure but i did read that somewhere.
