As I have read, the ideal voltage for water disassociation is 1.23 volts. Wouldn't it create a LOT less heat if we could supply the cell with, say, a regulated 1.5v with high current availability? According to most people, heat is caused by the excess voltage and high current draw. Does a PWM have the ability to lower voltage while maintaining high current availability?
My cell is constructed of tubing, so I don't have the option of hooking the 14 individual cells up in series.
