Here are the assembly videos for the “Mummy Cell” they are not great as I Can't find my clip thing to attach the camera, so it was set on the table next to me. Of course I have my Neanderthal hand in the way a lot.

Part 1
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/u7jYfT2BL7s&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/u7jYfT2BL7s&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Part 2
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/soJTIhXaMHc&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/soJTIhXaMHc&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Initial production
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/eTKvGvZCUng&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/eTKvGvZCUng&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Also here is the link for the pdf, thoungh it is not finished yet, still needs pics added.

Will add the first run video in a short bit...

What is the purpose of the hole in the center of the plate?

If you wanted more support, you could use the middle hole, I do when I assemble for my own. Leaving it open actually can promote a really minor bit of production, as it adds the hole surfaces to the production area. Though only a really small amount.

In that case, would it not make sense to drill holes for support on the 4 corners and the center. This would allow you to properly maintain plate spacing more rigidly even during vehicle vibrations. Or is vibration good so that it will liberate more gas by vibrating it off?

Nice Video Sir. I dont understand the (--nn++nn--) Thing
I thought the way to put the Cell's togather was
Like (+ - + - + - +) could someone walk me thru this part. :o

Thanks in advance for any Help !!!

The strap at the bottom connects the 2 + together so that there is one neg in the middle

Looks good. Going to add the 3rd also.

not understanding the --nn++nn-- thing... it isn't that it's +nnnnn--nnnnn+, which allows for voltage to stableize in the cell down to approximately

oops yes the strap on the bottom is carrying the positive to the far side of the cell. Sorry, got ahead of my reading... silly me...lol

Is there any reason to have the cell split up in the middle? I am curious.

Yes actually there is. And I know this may open up a can of worms, but let me try and explain. A battery, flows in one direction from (+) > (-). No matter how many cell sections there are in the battery it still flows this way. With this break in the cell we are creating (+) > (-) (-) < (+) which in my theory, notice I said “my” causes 2 directions of flow in the cell. Also I feel, from what I have observed, an interaction between the 2 flows that seems beneficial to production. Wrapping the cell seems to help in directing this interacting current flow.

Like I said this may open a can of worms, but this is my observations of what is going on. Being an observation I may be completely wrong. I hope this helps explain the why of the split in the cell.

Eric, have you measured production and at what Volts and what amps?

Actually, electrons flow from negative to positive. Doesn't matter, it works out the same.

Shouldn't be a can of worms. Your theory is sound. Basically what your doing is sending half the current through one side and half through the other.

I have not actually measured production yet, still working on my new container. The container used in the video is not sealed as well as it should be. Hopefully in the next week I will have the container built that I am working on.

hey i have a question. has anyone experimented with grooving the plates? i mean grooves about a quarter of the depth of the plate on both sides almost like a grid pattern. maybe a 8th or 16th apart. i'm wondering about increasing surface area. do yall think something like this might make a difference? maybe even make the plates thicker so you could cut deeper grooves. just a thought.....

Ok I have my computer back up, but lost a hard drive. This week I will be launching my web store, and finally finishing the pdf. All videos will be redone to reflect the hardware that is in. And the store will have individual pieces that can be bought. My computer crash really set this all back.
