Can HHO really save fuel for Diesel ???

I have 2 Volvo Bus (5Liter & 8Liter Diesel) and Cargo Truck (7.5Liter Diesel),

If I connect HHO system, can i save fuel? i mean to reach MPG gain ?
Which type of HHO system i need ?
it not sound possible to me. does someone have experience with that?
I need to make changes in the electronics ? MAP/MAF/O2 sensor ?

the average is 7MPG for all those three Vehicle.

Sure, i read every possible website on the www.

I learn some basic informatiom:
1) 16A ~ to 1LPM HHO
2) on Patrol engineen, the hho can save you if you start dealing with the O2 sensors. (in some of the years).
3) Seperator cell are wasted money, because the O2 still read increasing of O2 on the exhaust.

and for Diesel, i am not sure, why we need to deal with MAP or MAF sensors ?? what this sensors can really does?

basic calculation of air flow into the engine:
7.5Liter motor, 4 strock, instake air only in 1 stock. means in 600RPM
7.5L/4*900=1125 Liter of air into the motor, in 1 minute, in idle.

so let say our system produce 4LPM. it only 0.0035% from the intake air.
and if the engine one 1500RPM this precentage is much lower.

does the MAF or MAP can feeling change of 0.003% in air flow of intake??

when you say "increase fuel flow" in order to gain MPG. you meaning to replace the Diesel fuel pump within stronger pump ? to create more flow?

and on which tuner you talk about ? some electronic chip ? some mechanical device ? you buy it like a product ? or you build it ? if it some patent of you, i can understand, i dont expept from you to share.

final question about the MAP/MAF, if my engined dont have O2 sensor, i dont have to deal with the MAP/MAF,

so in theory, how i gain economy with the hydrogen on diesel?
1) by the way that i produce more power from the motor thanks to the HHO, and result of the i use less in the gas pedal?
2) Air/Fuel ratio automatic changes for positive, as results of adding hydrogen?
3) motor feeling better fuel comination ? and if it is old diesel engine?
