Are you talking about the sort of ultra-sonic transducers used in some humidifiers? Probably possible....but you'd have to know the resonant frequency (range if not specific) in which the atoms separate instead of simply turn the liquid into vapor. Not sure if there even would be a transducer to produce those sort of ultra-sonic harmonics as I imagine the frequency is extremely high.
Would be awesome if possible though.
