Power Supply Suggestions?

I would like to set up my test bench to run my cell for some time. Are there any good commercially available power supplies to use for this? I tried using a battery for a while but it discharges rapidly. I would like to have a power supply I can plug in and maybe adjust a bit up or down but basically just something that will allow me to run the cell for an extended period of time… I am open to suggestions…

If one is a bit strapped for cash, and if voltage adjustment isn't too critical, a thrift shop or Salvation Army might have a junk PC you could rob the power supply out of. Well regulated and filtered 12V and 5V. One might even be in luck and find an old battery charger.
