Spokane Prius needs DIY installer: kit can be provided

An environmentaliste in Spokane, WA regularly drives a Toyota Prius. She'd welcome suggestions from any local DIY guy or gal who might like to help install a Bob Volk HHO kit with all the very-comprehensive and easily-understandable info that Bob supplies. Happy to pay for time and enthusiasm :-)

I'd offer to do the job, but my black and decker drill thingy is on the blink. Anyways, it and I are downunder in New Zealand....and the car is in Washington State
