One time installation

So I am looking for something that is just one time installation and I am good to go. That means one device that I can use and get results with since the Volo chip has not done anything. Im looking for something that will not have wires going all over the place either. I was told that certain alterations are not legal for street legal cars when it gets into this. Can I get directed to an item that I can install in my car and be good to go with the HHO system?
Id like something I can control to vary from highway to city driving but Id do fine with something that can monitor and adjust everything itself.
