You really can't 'buy' them. They're easy to build yourself. Do a search in here for 'eudiometer', and look on YouTube for step by step instructions. It's basically just a 1 liter bottle being filled with gas.;)
Here are some pictures of mine just to give you an idea:
Some people have used these meters,

But the results are much more accurate with an eudiometer like lhazleton mentioned above. I've seen a lot of people use the oxygen meters and get high results, but the measurement is not correct. I have one on order and will post the test results of this in a couple of weeks hopefully.
No, it doesn't make sense but it sure makes it look like your system is producing a lot of gas.
Thanks guys... I am using eudiometer (using 1L bottle)... I am getting about 2lpm from 772 kit installed in trunk.
Even with an eudiometer measuring gas that has moisture in the gas is not accurate. A very efficient reactor could show up as less efficient because there is less moisture in the gas thus less gas measured. I have to say that an eudiometer is more accurate than the O2 flow meters which can be as much as 4 times over stating the gas. Here again it depends on the reactor. More efficient reactors have less moisture and will show smaller numbers with both devices, remember all reactors have some moisture in the gas. The amount of moisture is what makes a difference and are ball park at best because of the moisture. These devices should be used for comparing efficiency when we make changes on our own system/reactor and even that is not that accurate. Comparing the efficiency with another reactor could be very misleading considering the measuring devices are ball park and the size of a ball park. LOLQuote:
