I have the plates from my first running generator sitting in distilled water bath until I reassemble. Thing is I have to clean the water out each weak due to large iron 'leeching' from the plates. The generator was run for 12-14 days 3-4 hours a day. The plates are also now magnetized and if I pull two out they pull to each way better than any average refrigerator magnet. Is this normal?:confused:
