Can someone please explain to me how I test a PWM? When I buy one, how do I know that it is going to do its job? What kind of equipment will I need? I know this may be a straight forward question to some experts so please be gentle...

Well i connected mine to a small lightbulb first to test unit (using it like a dimmer switch) when all is good and connected correct put an amp meter on and see the results :D
I didnt need a pwm with my set up but i installed one just so i could have some extra control :rolleyes:
