Where and and how to hook up MAF, MAP or EFIE

hello!

i have a 2000 mustang, i ahve a maf sensor in the air intake, and 4 o2 sensors, 2 before and 2 after the cats(i remove the cats and replaced them with resonators) anyway, where should i hook up the EFEI map or maf? are all 3 the same thing? wich one do i need to lean the engine?
