Who state that they had been enjoying free hot water for over a year...

The units create hot water and steam... So if they are already running well over-unity as they state; why not connect the output to a steam-turbine electricity generator and then use that electricity to power the unit itself ...and whatever is left over is then effectively free electrical energy..?
