Anyone know where I.can purchase a low watt hho torch dry cell or buy plans to build one?

so you got a dry cell right. It's very easy to built one that won't flash back with low output. Just make sure that the diameter of the torch is very small and it wont flash back, You have to try them until you get it to the right size
