Can't seem to find to much information regarding there differences other then this post:
So all I'm getting is that 201 has less carbon. Not sure how this efficient it as an electrode, but I seem to be able to find it much cheaper to buy then Ni 200.Quote:
Nickel 201 is the low carbon version of Nickel 200, which should be specified for service above 550F(288C). Above this temperature, graphitization can occur in Nickel 200, over a long period of time at temperature. This is particularly pertinent for fused caustic service.
