Electrolyte/amps calibration

Hello everyone. I'm new here in hho world.I'm sorry my english is not good!
Please help me about electolyte.
I have make an Electrolyte 20% naox. 200gr/1 liter water.
When the electrolyte calm down for temperature i use it ok?
First of all must be fill the reservoir with clear water,after take a litle electrolyte mix and put it in the reservoir with clear water and see the amps?
When the drycell starts and the amps ups i must controll the ams with more electrolyte or more water to put the exactly amps i want?
So,start the drycell with litle water and litle electrolyte.
then fill water and electrolyte to make the best amps point to want.
This is correct?
