very very good, sounds like ur up to speed. even thou i use a AFC to control what my ECU see i still installed a MAF meter to keep an eye on my MAF sensor because sometimes you might have a air leak...

on my old wet cell system the TEC was working as a TEG because the wet cell would get so hot. i think recovering energy from wasted heat is very good. try not to be wasteful phill, dont waste current...

i do direct injection right before the intake valves, also it is safe because its under vacuum pressure most of the time and its not exposed to mass air flow to weaken the HHO
no don't line up the bottom holes because you will have a leak right next to a leak, you will have a leak leaking on a leak if you understand what im talking about, that is never good. i don't use...
just use a AFC. look into it

everybody knows this already the only thing they are scared of is that i know how to fully control my ECU, i know how to port my HHO properly and i know how to get 200%+ MPG from almost any car.
