To me it seems if I trick the O2 sensor to not pump more gas (94 obd1 Silverado) I wouldn't need to trick the MAP too... am I wrong??

There is a inlet on one side and a outlet on the other. Inlet is around an inch lower than the outlet on the opposite side.
The water level fluctuates real bad when the voltage or amperage is low....
