If you measure the output purely by LPM, it will go up as the temp of the cell increases, because the gas coming out will be hotter and more expanded even if there is not a greater amount of HHO...

A better idea! instead of lowering the amount of hho produced at lower rpms and idle, the fuel should be reduced. and as the rpms rise and the HHO generator cannot keep up more fuel can be added to...

my only idea would be to somehow use the signal from the throttle position sensor to control the amperage going to the HHO generator. This could probably be done by a slight modification to a Pulse...

Yes. I believe that means what you think it means. That it is not guaranteed 100%. I may try to contact the company selling it, to try to find an answer.

My best guess would be the 304 stainless. Zero Fossil Fuel, a very credible HHO researcher says you must use at least 316 preferably 320 or 320L.

he also talks about soaking the plates in...

That would probably take more time and effort that just building a dry cell. and I really dont think it will be much cheaper. and it will definately be less powerful and less efficient.

If you turned your HHO generator off and still continued to get 24 MPG, then the improvement was not from the HHO burning. Theoretically it could have cleaned things up though.

    voltage/cell

I am not 100% sure. but I was under the impression that you simply divide your voltage by the number of cavities (or spaces between the plates) regardless of their polarity.
