Thanks for the reply guys, the cell is a 11 plate dry cell, 2x4n, its putting out roughly 1.5lpm at 15 amps, using KOH electrolyte, there's no EFIE or mass air flow enhancement, it's just plumbed...

e) De-ionised water 0 ppm

This water has to be the best at 0 ppm, pure and ready for your desired additive.
