Nice one,
was after something like this for part of my research into certain areas too.
Will save me a lot of time looking some of the info I was after!
Thanks :D
I'd do it from the bottom so you don't have any worries about an air lock or having to get caustic chemicals flowing in a siphon.
Obviously the problem, if placed above the bubbler, is to make...
Damn but that better be some M'Fcking good gas at 6 times the price and half the production...
Good gas or no - it's going to be no where near twice as potent as normal right...?
I think I...
Hiya,
I'd be inclined to use a weaker solution - 28% is very strong and simply means there is less water to be converted to HHO - is like reducing the surface area of your cell, potentially...
Yeah, I was quite impressed with that vid, will be buying a few too I think - never was tooo keen on the potentially restrictive brass wool types.
Are these ClearFlash things restrictive to flow...
I see your point too,
but...
pure HHO in a sealed chamber does not explode, it implodes - there are quite a few videos on youtube where you can see people intentionally "blowing" their main...
One thing that has been on my mind is an empty "bubbler" chamber to catch any liquid from last bubbler in system, or from reservoir if no bubbler is present...
The idea being that under heavy...
Some good looking ideas there and sounds like you are getting some nice production figures.
Can't wait to hear more on how she goes - and of course what improvements you gain in your vehicle(?) ...
Thanks Shane, Owen_
and good luck with your own project's too ;)
Now added to the list.

Here are a few possible metals I have heard used or questioned for use as Cell Plates:
Copper, Cu

Sorry, my mistake - was Rather late last night.
they are the Electrical Resistivity values.
Will edit my post too.
Thinner is cheaper and lighter + easier to work with.
16 awg = 1.291
18 awg = 1.024
19 awg = 0.9119
I will be using 18 or 19 awg I think from a stockist here in the UK + will get mine laser...
will be happy to share my info with you later too...
Don't want to get too excited about it before I have finished setting it up and tested it some.
Just waiting for latest paycheck from work...
would be interesting to see some results on your cars, especially the lpg one for me - am pretty curious about this.
Good luck ^^
Nice to see someone else from the UK here too ;)
Ok here we go, some Electrical Resistivity info for you guys:
(did write conductivity originally)

Silicone tubeing:
A - Excellent
B - Good
C - Fair
D - Do Not Use
only gets a C with KOH
and a A with NaOH
So...
if you are using a PWM with a frequency of, say, 1,000Hz then it might just work really well then with a couple of rare earth magnets strategically placed at certain points in the cell?
I...

In that case of the wire, it was very likely forming part of the "circuit" and hence electrolyses ate through it fast.
For example if copper wires are supplying current to the stainless plates in...
I might be new to the practical side of HHO - But I have been doing an silly amount of research about all kinds of aspects.
Corrosion resistance of 316 Stainless (considered about the same as...
Heya,
just recently been checking out someone’s cell for sale on ebay (absolutely nothing to do with me), they recommended Not to use KOH or NaOH due to it reacting badly with polycarbonate...

Dusty I think....
all very well and good maybe, but...
You would need, at a guess, to have to use high pressure steam to have enough density to have any chance of any current going accross the cell plates + due to...
