Well for myself, I use more HHO due to adjusting sensors to use less fuel so i can use more HHO.
Since I do not run HHO in the winter(eventhough this winter was and still is mild) due to freezing....
Method 1 will work.
I wouldnt adjust yet, try it out longer, without the extra weight, and see what u get.
looks nicely done.
A pwm is to control the amperage that the cell draws - i dont use one, I mix my KOH to control the amps.
To bring the most out of HHO, youll need a few toys.
1 - Dual EFIE to mod the O2 sensors...
U can find these on ebay, and other web sites, or u can build ur own - not to hard.
look here for starters - http://www.hhoforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=14
What most people dont know is that the factory runs the ebgines a little rich - more than needed so the cats can burn the gasses better. And the engines can run alot better for fuel mileage and...
First of all, you should feel a power difference from with or with out.
And a exaust gas temp gauge is a good thing to have if you are going to modify you carb, since you dont want to lean out the...
It could be that the HHO cleaned the O2 sensors, and part of the intake.
But useing very little gas - not possible. But if it cleaned the engine that can do alot by itself.
What size motor does...
Its hard to say cause its carburated, carbs work diff then FI.
We should start another thread for this, since ur asking questions, which is ok, but should be in another tread.
Start another...
If ur cell is only 200ml/min, i dont think thats enough. U need to ramp that up.
here is what my brothers did - he didnt have a bubbler or filter of any kind

Q1: How do neutral plates make any difference?
A1: HHO is made at a certain voltage, or if you over voltage - all u get is steam.
Q2: Does the application make a difference in design?
i.e. car,...
I use an air dryer that takes any water or wetness out.
I find it works good.
Ya, no problem.
if u use a oxy flo meter, if u get any steam it wont read right no matter what. been there tried that.
I dont use bubblers.
This is the last cell and configuation i have used and will continue to use.
It is a wet cell (find it more reliable) with titanium plates(23 plates in a 3 cell ), producing about 4.5 LPM at 25 - 28...

Ive tried:
1 - carbon rods
2 - 304 and 316 stainless plates
3 - Titamium plates
4 - several types of electrolyte - Koh is the best for me.
5 - wet and dry cell - Wet works best for me (cant get...
If you want to save some money, dont buy a pwm.
Mix only enough Koh(is what i use) with water to make max amps u want to run, and remember to test amps when cell is at operating temp.
And no...
Ive tried carbon rods, and rods dont come close to plates.
You need surface area.
I have tried many combinations of things to combat freezing and have not found anything to work in Canada here.
yes, means ur cell is getting too hot, and wasting power and efficiency.
I have never found anything for here in Canada for winter, I just take it out.
No HHO for winter.
And havnt installed it in my current car, just havnt had time.
And have not even opened my dry...
