Will that reduce the heat without losing production?
I read some where that Titanium is not a good anode/ cathode material. Something about the surface of the material not transfering electrons well. Not to mention its a little pricey isnt it?

Still sounds like KOH is the best solution. It relativley safe with a little common sense and very efficient.
Backed the KOH down seemed to help. Man that stuff is touchy takes very little to get a reaction. Got a 55 amp pwm ordered. Ill let you know how this works. We did get 22 mpg in town on an 03 Tahoe....
