    Air Flow readings

What is the best air flow reading should be???

Before starting the car the reading from the Air Flow sensor is 1.16v

When I crank the car it jumps to 2.94v

I installed a MAP/MAF enhancer. When I turn the pot a mm it jumps to 4.94v and bout shuts down the engine.

What should the air flow sensor read while idling?

If the Sensor reads 1.16v does the ECM send more gas to the injectors
    OR
    when it read 4.54v???

    Anybody???

If at engine off its 1.16v then jumps to 2.94v on starting, I'm going to guess that the more airflow the higher the voltage. More airflow would equal more gas.

I just turn my map enhancer till the engine starts to buck or leans out and wants to die, then I turn it back till it smooths out. (Not much).

    I THINK (could be wrong).......

I want to try to bring down the voltage to bout 1v so it doesn't shoot so much gas to the injectors....

This MAP/MAF enhancer from Water4Gas doesn't work for my car.

I think I may need a different unit.
