Help!!!!

Please can ANYBODY help?? I'm getting HUNDREDS of emails per day and don't know how to stop them.

I've tried contacting the web master but I always get a "Failure to Deliver" notice.;

How do you guys prevent this?

It sounds as if you have a trojan emailer virus. There are several ways to get rid of this. Run your antivirus program, run a good spyware program like spysweeper. search the internet for what ever those two programs find. It will normally tell you how to remove it.

I assume you are getting this mail from this site?

Go to 'User cp' tab at top left
Go to 'Edit options'
and remove the tick on receive mail!

Yes the swarm of emails is coming only from this site.

Thanks I did remove the check from the emails box but it made no difference.

But what is just as baffling is I cannot communicate with the forum host or web master. Always get a "Failed to deliver" notice

OK H lets take another tack.....what mail client do you use ? Probably Microsoft Outlook or express. Create a rule that says something like ... any mail from..(this site).. delete! That will take care of your problem once and for all! Ron
