Videos on making a vacuum fuel cell for $10

You shouldn't need to buy videos....with all the info on this site and all the videos on youtube you should be able to make a 10 dollar electrolyzer no problem

Now, what I've heard is that results (as far as mileage gain) are best left between the throttle body and the air filter, instead of directly to the manifold... the reason being that the engine pulls the most vacuum when the throttle is closed rather than wide open or partially open, where you really need it. So that O2 sensor problem he was describing is caused, in my honest opinion, from being most effective at the worst time (idle).
