I don't know what size you're looking for here. I have mine made by a local gasket & rubber company. I had to pay $100.00 for each die size. Now, I just pick up the phone and order a bunch. UPS gets them here in a day or two.
I have several hundred on hand, right now. My size closed WFC is 5" x 13" - outside by 4" x 12" inside Material - BunaN or Neo

    My meduim size WFC measures 5" x 9" outside by 4" x 8" inside

    Let me know at: randy@hhydrogas.com

Cost? Depends on how many you want and how many I have in inventory.

EPDM is Great for Dry Cells

EPDM rubber sheets is the best material I've found to make your own gaskets. I think it's better than Neoprene because the chemical resistance is the same, and it's a little more rigid (keeps it's thickness better). I got 2 1/16" x 12" x 36" sheets for under $20, which gives me 24 6x6 gaskets.
    Check it out!

I've been using the gaskets with my Lowes based dry cell design. I've gotten 2.33 LPM from 25 plates (5N) at approx 5.4 MMW.

Rubber inner tubes are 0.050" and they are free.

    Truck tire stores have them.

    No leaks.

I just keep them pumped up to 30 PSI.

BTW You do not have sand the ribs or writings on the tubes to make it all even.

They squish down just fine on my Amoeba Cell.

    Please measure the thickness.

Perhaps there are thinner tubes out there.
