    Need an easy 2D CAD program

    Can someone suggest an easy to learn, free 2D CAD/Drafting program? I'd like to draw up some plate designs to scale with dimensions.

    Microsoft Paint, is probably as easy as any I have ever used, and normally it is included with any PC unit (but probably, not MAC machines).
