    don't know what MPG is, probly low 20s

    you could series your cells. I believe that is your best option at this point in your design.
    series 2 or 3 at a time.

    update:

    The cell has been running for 12 hours and is only at 143 degrees and is performing well

    There is 1 ml of sodium hydroxide per gallon, of just over 1/8 of a teaspoon per gallon.

    The rig that this cell is installed on got a 21% increase in fuel mileage.

    hitf,
    Yes, +nnnn- seems to generate the most for a given current without generating excessive heat. I am using that plate arrangement in my toy truck (Ford ranger 2.3 liter). I am getting 28 mpg.
