Is there anyone who place their HHO unit in car boot? like this one?
If yes, any good/bad/side effect?
I just know that the theory is, the nearer your HHO unit to your engine, the greater its efficiency and saving and vice versa.

A few people have put their devices in trunk (boot) but most advise against such a move. You have to consider the fact that you have a very caustic mixture inside the unit and if it leaked it could ruin a lot of stuff. But to each their own.
I think you might be better off moving the vehicle battery there, maybe buying a "Redtop" stile gel cel and installing your H-system vacated where it came from. Thats what I'm doing. If you get a hydrogen explosion in your cab from a leak that finds a spark, you won't hear:" dinner's on the table" for a long long time!
A battery also produces an explosive gas.
I believe Gel cells usually produce little.
