    How much Potassium Hydroxide

is enough? I will be using a pwm to control the amount of amps drawn into the cell, wich should also control the overheating as well. So how much should I use? As for the specs of my cell its a cry cell 6" x 6" SS 22g 316L with a plate setup -NNNN+NNNN-NNNN+.

My setup is like yours except I'm using 20 guage plates and I don't have a pwm yet. I'm using a product called Instant Power. Another forum member called the company and they said the product is 78% NaOH, 2% KOH and 20% water. I use a solution that is 20-25% Instant Power and 75-80% water. If you find a better ratio, let me know.
