The following PDF files were brought to my attention whilst watching a live alternate energy broadcast on u-stream this evening. They are certainly worthy of a good read.

The first PDF details the results of an extensive test performed back in 1987 on the use of hydrogen enrichment in a gasoline engine (this isn't the JPL stuff). These scientists utilised a dyno and various other pieces of equipment to:

1) *PROVE* scientifically that hydrogen addition to an ICE improves combustion and allows the same HP and torque to be produced with less gasoline.

2) Detail their findings in terms of ideal hydrogen to gasoline ratios and adjustments to AF ratios and ignition timing for maximum benefit.

This is definitely one for the nay-sayers to "Stick in their pipe and smoke" as we say in England.
