    Capilarity

Did you try to do this with thin 316L tubes? 3/5mm? (or less, examples needles for punction)

One tube is +, the second one-, and so on.
    Why this idea?
1/ small amount water in each, easy to cool (in the A/C air output), it work just as a radiator.
2/ can be use pressure to change the steam level.
3/ tubes got contact only one side, so less temp.
4/ easy to do, all + and – can be in line.
    5/ compactibility

I made a "semi dry" cell.
    7 plates -UUU+UUU-
Plate size: 5 x 100 cm (wet surface)
    space between 3mm
    3,2 liter water +3% KOH

AMP when "hot" 5,6 to 6,2
After 1 hour run :temp between plate (where the + is) 43'C!
    Huge water flow, really fast.
I don't have any flow meter for the gas here, a bottle is not precise enough.
After Christmas I will check this, but it make a lot of gas... with low Amp and no temp!
