moderators please check banning

Hi a friend of mine has been banned for no reason from this forum.
His forum name is artrix and apart from looking at the posts every day he has done nothing to warrant the banning.
He has tried to contact the moderators but they have failed to return any of the emails he has sent.
When he tries to log on he gets the following

You have been banned for the following reason:
http://www.stopforumspam.com/search?q=220.245.178.133

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

could someone please look into this as we are sure a mistake has been made and the wrong person has been banned.

in order to stop the spam a ip range may have been banned a admin will know for sure is he using a proxy ?
