There are several.
You can check out the thread "painless experiment in HHO".
There is the EnergyBuildersNetwork". You can Google it.
There is the Tero cell. Do a forum search.
There is Boynton Stu's amoeba cell. Forum search.
If I'm not mistaken, I think there is now a Smacks dry cell.

Dry cell is the way to go. Improve and modify as you go. Make one and name it after yourself.
