I think some people may experience better gain with less HHO and no mods. I'm not saying he is, becasue it could be the o2 sensor being disconnected.

I do not understand getting better fuel economy with the O2 disconnected at all. The ECU should throw a code that the vehicle has a bad O2 and go to full rich limp mode. Unless the map enhancement is making that much difference for him.

Just to clarify,

The Oxigen sensor was installed when I was running HHO alone (no enhancer)

Then, I disconnected it when I installed the enhancer to prevent the ECU to detect the leaning and then lock into constant rich mode.

Another detail, the enhancer is able to stall the engine when tuned.
Obviously I stay far from that point, it is known that too lean will actually reduce MPG and stress the engine
