HHO cell in a vacuum

I was just wondering if you have a HHO cell inside a room and bulled a large vacuum on teh room would the cell make more gas?

I would think if the room was under pressure the bubbles wouldnt let go as easy and you would have less gas.

Yes you are correct, however it also lowers the boiling point.
