    ok next dry cell test

    13 plates +NNNNN-NNNNN+

    .074 gap

    10% KOH by weight

    15 amps cold 11.4V

    500ml - 40 sec

    mmw - 4.39

    Theoretical Volume produced
    by 100% Faraday Efficiency - 690 Milliliters

    Your percentage of
    Faraday Efficiency - 72.4%

a slightly smaller plate gap made a big difference. from .082 to .074 doubled the out put and temp came down.

proves testing is required per unit, to find out gap needed for that unit type.

This is the last cell and configuation i have used and will continue to use.
It is a wet cell (find it more reliable) with titanium plates(23 plates in a 3 cell ), producing about 4.5 LPM at 25 - 28 amps.
I use a air compressor dryer(aprox $15) to filter out steam and water.
I use a map sensor enhancer and an EFIE to control sensors.
My average milage gain is 18 - 22%.
I use a laptop or tablet to monitor the different sensors, so i dont overheat or lean out and harm the motor.
    Pic included.

    Hi,
Just wondering, where are your bubblers in relation to the dryer?

    No bubbler used?

    OH, no bubbler?!
    Why not?
How does that work out for the NaOH or KOH fumes entering your engine?
    Please enlighten me.

I use an air dryer that takes any water or wetness out.
    I find it works good.
