you may run into a problem with the oil from the galvanized however I have not personally used galvanized for any of my builds yet. I will try to put it on my to do list.

No good

You would create a lot more gas than normal (at first). That would just be due to the you reversing the electrolysis prosess use to put the galvanic coating on and sacrfical metal Gases production. Once the coating is gone your output will drop a lot and then corrosion...
