    Exclamation Help, My electrolyte is losing is conductivity

    Well the problem is that i notice that the my electrolyte is losing his conductivity, wen i first put the dry cell in my car, it was at almost 14.8V 19 amp, but after two day of running with it, I notice that it down for almost 14.8V 10 amp. Is that normal or not?

    Ok this is what i got in my car...
    1. 9 cell, dry cell - This one
    2. The bubbler tank that come whit the cell
    3. 20 oz stainless steel bubbler/scrubber
      with flash protection http://www.hhoconnection.com/bubbler_checkout.html
    4. A PCV ENHANCER, before I inject the hho to the intake (Just to make sure that not water vapor get to my engine)
    5. A pwm PWM Constant Current PCU-2b


    Hope someone can give me a litter help.
