    New Design, Wet/Dry cell

    Hi,
This is my 1st post, giving my designs

After building my StarMix decided to undertake a new form for the solution of a cell without hole.

    Thus arose my new design

This is my Redwet My Dry Wet cell, a Full Saturated cell, which acts as dry cell.

And most important, has no holes for flow of fluids, HHO, and Water, the holes for the electrical current (Power)

    be covered by interconnection nuts.

Housing is in a closed, two end plates (End Plate) plastic, with screws, as in the Dry Cell

But the difference is that the joints (Gasket) are not among the plates, but between the end plates (end plates).

This is explained better in the video (pictures)

this seems to just be a homemade version of these cells.

    Hi d3vilman
Correct, it is easy to do without having a complicated technology.
    Anyone can make.
    this is the 1st prototype.
Next is improved to produce 100% pure hydrogen.
I already have ideas on how to do.

I am also making a simple mold, resin molding, the ring
As the cell Magdrive. But to do at home. Anyone can make

    Thanks

    BRAVO!!!!

Your "Star Mix" cell is brilliant!. Truly the best idea/design I've ever seen on any forum. You where thinking out of the box on a big level. Great job.

I made one like very much like yours a year ago virtually zero current leakage. I like it so much I looked into getting it patented. I see that your has absollutly Zero edges that put your in a class by itself. Again Great job

d3vilman nice website, way to expensive product. You/them do not even mentioned Lpm production or shows video to prove it. ANY HHO car "system" IS NOT plug and play matter! How can you/them claim it will save 15 - 35% of gas?? With what O2 setting? How about MAP/MAF setting?

Hey Stevo - Pretty nifty little google search hint - what-ever-you-call-it. Howja do that?

Also, are the plates such a tight fit in the square middle spacer that there is hardly any current leakage around the edges like a smack cell? That's the whole issue with the holes in the plates. The current leaks through them, particularly just around the edges, as it does around the edge/side of a smack cell.

If making holes in stainless steel is your problem, it's not that difficult. Just press really hard on the drill, with heaps of lube. No problem really. The thing with machining stainless steel is, that as soon as it is machined, the metal that just been cut, work-hardens a bit. A thin layer on the surface will become quite hard. The reason for pressing really hard on the drill, when drilling, is to force the drill under the hard layer into the softer metal underneath. If this is achieved, the drill should last just fine. Heaps of power, not too much speed.

    Maybe a little off-topic...

    Cheers,
    Martin.
